So I bought a German Shorthaired Pointer puppy. She’s currently 7 months old. Anyone who knows that breed knows that they are a working dog that are quite tricky as pups and require a lot of consistent training in the early years, and lot of mental stimulation. 

 

I can’t believe how much value we have gained from the complete dog training package. It was worth every single cent. 

 

What I wanted was structure - knowing I’m teaching my dog in a logical progression, having specific weekly goals to focus on, advice on best training methods, and some accountability ie i knew I’d be inspired to practice if I was paying for weekly lessons. 

 

But I got a whole lot more than just those things (which were absolutely fantastic btw), including: 

 

• Fun!! I loved every minute of our dog training sessions. I’m obsessed with dog training now!!

• More fun with my dog! I have loved every minute of my practice sessions with my dog. I love that they teach you to train your dog in a super positive, rewarding and FUN way. 

• I thought I already had an pawesome relationship with my dog… but it’s true, learning to train your dog increases that ten-fold. 

• Increased confidence with my dog training skills. Yay! They are really great at improving your technique! 

• Problem solving support - I won’t lie, I had a couple shitty practice sessions but I contacted them and they helped me figure out where I went wrong and what to do differently next time, to get back on track. 

• Encouragement - whether you’re progressing well or you’ve hit a stumbling block, their encouragement has been really helpful for my mindset!! 

 

You won’t believe the progress you will make with your dog, by doing two things: 1) Signing up for weekly lessons and 2) practicing for 10 minutes twice a day.
